• Generate and edit AI-based images and videos
• Export final assets
• Use built-in text-to-image and image-to-video tools

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, discriminatory, or violent content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy platform code
• Distribute output without adhering to our licensing terms

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

4. Credits and Pricing

EditIQ uses a token-based pricing model. Credits are deducted for each generation or export. Unused credits may expire and are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

a. User Content

You retain rights to the prompts and media you upload. You grant EditIQ a license to use your inputs for platform functionality and improvements.

b. Output Ownership

You may use generated outputs for commercial and personal use, unless otherwise restricted by third-party IP policies.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms without prior notice. You may terminate your account anytime.

7. Disclaimers

EditIQ is provided “as-is” without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness of generated content. Availability may change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EditIQ shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of revenue
• Damages resulting from use of the platform

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
